This is the story about protecting 98.5 acres of restored wetland in the Big Darby Creek watershed along Hellbranch Run, Prairie Township, Franklin County, Ohio.
3 years ago land that was once dedicated to agricultural production was returned to wetland. In just 3 years!, what was corn stubble is now a diverse ecosystem supporting a multitude of biodiversity while acting as nature's filter for the planet's water. Take a look at the video. BIG UP to the folks at Stream & Wetlands Foundation for taking on this project.
